Superhuman Go is the assistant from the company that used to be Grammarly. It overlays agents on the apps you use, as a browser extension, desktop app and mobile app, and Go chat is on the free plan.
For work tools it's broad. Its supported-apps list includes Gmail, Docs, Outlook, Jira, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Instagram, and connectors pull live context from them.
Two differences matter for messaging. Superhuman says its agents don't keep information between sessions by default. And WhatsApp Web and Telegram Web aren't on its list.
Grais works the other way round. It keeps a per-person history across conversations and channels, including what you promised and when someone went quiet, and drafts in WhatsApp Web, Telegram Web, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tinder.
If your day is mostly Gmail and Jira, Go covers more ground. If it's ongoing conversations with specific people, that's what Grais is for.
